Cleaning up iPhone space
Is it safe to download clean app or does iPhone have one of its own or could I take it to the Apple Store and they could make space on it for me or download a SAFE app for me?

Don't waste your time or money on apps that does nothing.
You yourself is the one who can clean up storage on your phone.
Settings - general - iphone storage - look at the recommendations, if you see fit follow it or leave as is.
