iMessages and Facetime wont activate

I updated the latest iOS 18 and my iMessage and FT is waiting activation. It has been all day now. I have reset settings, restarted my phones, Already updated to lates iOS. I can't seem to get anybody that can help me. does anybody have any other suggestions other then restoring my phone back to factory settings? At the iMessage screen, I cannot even sign in to my apple id. I have a 12. There is nothing wrong with my apple id or password.
