Why is the App Store still downloading after switching from iPhone 8 to 11?

I changed my iPhone 8 to 11 and the App Store on the phone is still downloading for 4days now…I’ve bought enough data to make it download but still it’s not…I’ve tried the Wi-Fi but still the App Store is still downloading……. likeee😭😡😢

Force Restart your phone. It may take a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence correct and the last step of holding the side button until the Apple logo appears could take up to 15 seconds. Ignore anything else you see during that time until you see the Apple Logo.
