Apple Cash Permanently Banned

I know so many people and my family and even friends who get permanently banned on Apple for not even doing physically anything wrong. I use my Apple Pay for my business and now I am missing out on so much money because they decided to permanently ban my account. I have money stuck in there as well that they won’t even let me take out because now it’s permanently restricted so if any of you guys have any information that would be great. from what I’ve heard there’s nothing I could possibly do and for some reason, they can’t even tell me why they did it. at this point, I’ve seen so many people saying they have money locked in their accounts, money for their kids, rent money, money that we have worked so hard for to even live. so at this point, Apple, you guys need to fix this because this is becoming a problem you guys cannot just lock our accounts without telling us why or even having any proof and evidence of our side of the situation. this is completely unacceptable and I’m one step closer to stop using Apple products for good.

Your second sentence tells you exactly why your account is permanently locked. It is a violation of the Terms & Conditions to use Apple Cash for commercial purposes. You’ve committed fraud and the bank no longer wants you as a customer.

You are in the process of being de-banked. Known within the banking industry as de-risking, is the closure of people's or organizations' bank accounts by banks that perceive the account holders to pose a financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the bank.

Absolutely, the bank can lock your account. The return of the funds depends on the outcome of their investigation. Worst case is the bank returns them to your state’s unclaimed funds account in 6 months to 2 years and you can claim them at that time.
