When sharing a photo from my iPad Pro to my iPhone 14 Pro the photos info is not shared. How do I easly make it so the info is shared? Note: photos on these two devices are not synched via iCloud (for reasons...). I’m not really concerned about the camera info but the info I’ve added to the photo such as name etc.

How do you share then? I don't use iCloud for photos either, but if I need a photo made with my iPhone XR on my M2 iPad I use Airdrop. For as far as I know (I might do a test to be sure) all info is shared.
I just did a test using a photo made on the iPad, filling in the caption. Sent it to the iPad over Airdrop. All info that I can see on the iPad, can also be seen on the iPhone.

Yes. All information transferred via AirDrop. To answer your question ' How do you share then? ' I was just using the SHARE command (like in Messages or when on a web Page; the share option in the top left drop down menu (icon : square with arrow pointing up). Must be a little different or depends on what App I'm in when using it because I tried several times (with photos from Messages and from my Photos to my iPad) and it wasn't transferring the information. Or: just a glitch??? Anyway, thanks again for the reply and pricking my memory about AirDrop...which is how I normally 'share' loads of pictures at a time with family😆 . ...
Thanks! For some reason Airdrop escaped me ...which is what I use when sharing with OTHERS! Will give it a test.
