It is a scam. You have not been charged for anything. All you need to due is delete the message. You can report it, but these scams just use a different spoofed sending address every time to avoid being blocked. Never click a link or call a number from a message/email and you will not have any problem. If this is the first scam message you have received, then brush up on these tips to help identify the scams.
