iPhone - can delete large attachments be undone?

iOS 18.3.1

I got a little hasty cleaning up storage and deleted some large attachments that I hadn't yet saved.

Can this be undone?

The basic steps were:

Settings
General
iPhone Storage
Review Large Attachments
Edit and delete

Can I undo the delete?
