Unable to create a new mailbox on my iPhone 13 Pro Max
This thing won't create a new mailbox now, somebody please tell me they're having the same problem? Is there a way to fix it? 13pro max , ios 18 (need i state it)

- Are you able to access that mail account on the web?
- Who is the email provider?
Many email providers require App Passwords and others such as Xfinity require you to sign in online and allow third party apps such as Mail to access your emails on your device.
