Autofill doesn't work, option is greyed out in Settings
I cannot enable Autofill option on iPad 16.7.10. In Settings it is greyed out. Reset the iPad to default - didn't help.

Your screenshot illustrates that your iPad has many settings that you cannot access.
Perhaps your iPad is centrally managed by a Business Enterprise or Educational establishment - or has Parental Controls applied? If so, restrictive policies may prevent you from using specific functionality, or changing some of your iPad's settings.
