Re: Cannot upgrade iCloud storage
"I currently have the 50 GB storage in iCloud for one dollar a month. I now want to upgrade to 200 GB for $2.99 a month. When I try to upgrade, it tells me to look for a notification on my device to continue the process. I never get the notification. How do I fix this? I’ve tried all suggestions that I can find."
Try checking whether your iOS version is up-to-date: Settings > General > Software updates
Please rememberit is always wise to back-up your iPhone data before updating iOS
