How do I recover funds sent to the wrong person via Apple Pay?
I sent 300 to the wrong person and now they won’t give the money back.

Apple Cash is literally, as the name suggests , cash. If the person won’t give it back, you can contact your local law enforcement. The recipient is committing fraud.
