PS4 Controller Can Control MacOS?!?!...

There is no reason this has to be unsupported. Unless there is? Can you help me map my Ps4 controller to control MacOS.

Yes, you can use a PS4 controller to control some macOS functions. While macOS doesn’t natively allow full system control via a game controller, you can map the controller buttons to macOS functions using third-party software.

You should be able to connect the controller to your Mac via either Bluetooth or by USB. You then just need to try out some third-party controller mapping software to map the controller to your Mac's keyboard and mouse inputs.

Three apps that come to mind are:

  • Joystick Mapper which you can find at the Apple App Store.
  • ControllerMate
  • reWASD

I'll let you look them up.
