How do I permanently block Sop2End messages on iPhone?

There's a good chance that you can't. They are most likely using a spoofed number, which they change every time. When you delete the message, tap the "Report Junk" button. It may help.

You can also look into apps that filter spam messages. Your carrier may offer one for free (mine offers one that's free for limited features). There are also lots in the App Store.
