Unable to complete adding payment method to Apple Account
I’m unable to download any app and this is what I’m being shown it telling me to go to iTunes support

You will see here that you may need to add a valid payment method, even when the app is free to download. You will not be charged to download a free app, but most of those apps also have in-app purchases that it would use if you chose one of those options.
