Bought a series, only gave 12/24 of the episodes

I bought the first season of the apothecary diaries, maybe 10 minutes ago, and I’m left very confused. I bought the entirety of season one, but the only episodes it says I have bought are from 13-24. I reloaded the app, tried to go in and click on the first episode again, but nothing has worked. I checked the library, which says I have bought those last 12 episodes, but I’m not able to get ahold of the first 12. It does say I have bought season one, but I’m not able to watch those episodes? I just want to know if this was my mistake and I need to look closer next time or if it just isn’t giving me what I paid for
