My iphone 11 screen suddenly changed to look almost like an x-ray as if it were inverted but both inverted options were turned off and the light showing water isn't on nor does it say anything about water when I charge it. The previous screen display also gets burned into the next screen display. I got my screen replaced by apple about two months ago.

Get a New Screen:
Take this back to whoever replaced it. It appears a faulty screen was installed.
