The camera in my ipad ( one a.m using now) does not flip. I have check Settings and reset my ipad too but still not working. A.m technically challenged too..tnx for advise

"Flipping"?
This needs more explanation. Are you having difficulty with rotation between Landscape and Portrait orientation - or switching between different camera lenses of the main (rear) camera? Perhaps you are instead having difficulty switching between the rear and front camera (used for FaceTime calls or selfie images)? Something else?
With a better understanding of your problem, contributors here may be better able to offer appropriate help or guidance.
