How do I remove iCloud from a second hand Apple Watch?

Hello, I bought an Apple watch from a private person and after some time I discovered that the watch has an iCloud that I can't log out of. The person I bought it from doesn't get in touch. Please help.

You have a watch with Activation Lock. The Lock prevents lost and stolen watches from being used by others.

The watch was likely found or stolen, and that's why you can't get in touch with the seller!

Only the original owner can remove the Activation Lock. There is no way for you to remove it. Apple won't help you with this.

Sadly, you bought a paper weight.
