How do I get a refund for a Duolingo subscription on iPhone?
I recently started a free trial and I started using the app for 3 days , then I started to dislike the method of learning and stopped using it and forgot to cancel the free trial, Now Duolingo has charged me 69.99 for a yearly subscription, I’m very unhappy with this as I haven’t got any email or anything to remind me that I still have this ongoing and I would like a refund or I will escalate this, when I was trying to cancel it on the 2nd/3rd day I was searching everywhere on the app and couldn’t find it , I tried to contact support however there is no email or way I can contact them directly, terrible customer service, they should’ve at least sent me an email reminder . The money has just come out of my account today at 5am
