Why does my Apple Watch say "Update Apple Account Settings"?

ios 18.3.2 and signed into Apple account on phone. But..

When I open iWatch, tap on Settings, I immediately get "Update Apple Account Settings". Tap on that, I get "Some account services require you to sign in again." I tap "continue" and I get six endless spinning dots.

Apple login on apps issue. I have a Apple Watch Series 6 with the latest software, in a family, and I don’t have a paired IPhone. What are some ways I can allow Apple Sign In from my watch settings for apps? As in, when I click on the button on an app that says “Sign In”, with a big Apple logo before the text, it says, “Cannot Create Account. apple watch endless paradox (apple watch se) There's this annoying bug that's so bad to the point where I stopped using my Apple Watch. Apple needs to fix this. This bug has been going on for a year now. There are just 3 instances Whenever I try to download an app without my password on it forces me to enable the password, then I try to download the app again but now it starts asking me for my apple id password, I enter it in the settings app and when I return to the app store it asks me to put it in again so now I'm screwed with like no apps Also every 10-15 minutes a message pops up asking me to log into my apple id Whenever I'm in settings it asks me to log in even more every 30 seconds - 1 minute.

Oh boy. I had to turn off stolen device protection, turn off find my phone, wait an hour, sign out, then tap through some scary iCloud/Apple Account warnings, then sign in again. iWatch happy again.
