My order been processing for too long

That's pretty normal. The order will stay in processing until just before it is ready to ship, when the order will change from processing to preparing to ship, then when it is officially shipped, you'll get a tracking confirmation. What date range did Apple provide for your order? You will most assuredly receive what you ordered within that date range.

I've already told you how the status works. Do you not understand English? Said as SIMPLY as possible:

The status WILL NOT change from Processing, until your device is being prepared to ship. Since you said the delivery date isn't until March 28, it will continue to say Processing until just a couple days before you get the device.

Then your order is doing exactly what it should be doing. As I mentioned, it won't change from Processing until just before it's ready to be shipped. It will stay in processing until then, then the statuses change quickly. You need to be patient.
