Is Persian language not available for Dictation on iPhone 15?

Is text to speech not available for the Persian language?

I reckoned switching my keyboard to Persian and dictating should work but my iPhone 15 still tried to make sense of my speech as English.

This feature is available and works seamlessly on the Pixel phone.
