My iPhone won't charge when I am using it
My phone used to charge with no problem whilst using it but now it doesn’t charge at all it just stays at 1%

What are you using for a power source? It should be at least 12 watts (an iPad power source), and 20 watts is recommended.
It could also be a failing battery. Go to Settings/Battery/Battery Health and read the condition message, and also observe the Maximum Capacity. It should be above 80%.
