My new iPhone 15 won't charge

I have just bought iPhone 15. It ran out of battery so I put it on charge. However, it has already been two hours and iPhone won't charge. It appears to have 1%. The block and the cable are perfectly fine because I have used them to charge other devices.

Hello!

What other devices did you charge with this block? What’s the output of this block?

Some of the cheaper dollar store blocks simply aren’t capable of charging the newer iPhones because their output is too low. So even through it may have worked for older devices, or your Bluetooth speaker (for example,) it may not necessarily work for your iPhone 15. This is also true for wireless chargers by the way.

The best way to test this is to actually use a 20W (minimum) block, and see if the charging issue persists. That is, if you’re not already using a 20W block.
