Am wondering if this was a genuine message or not.
You could check whether your iPhone is short on memory / storage space, in which case, unless you act first, your iPhone system may delete some files that could easily be restored, in order to continue doing everything you ask it to do. (Eg: An iPhone generally needs to keep at least 8 Gb free in which to operate smoothly).
