phone numbers are changed to internet links

I have just noticed that my phone numbers in my contact list are changed into internet links and

when i want to call someone

The boxes under the name, that says, Message , Call , video , and Email are inactive.

For example Somthing like this: https://t.imo/u/@id8 and then some numbers

This is a link to imo APP download.

So ia can not call enyone.

i have removed the imo APP from my phone and the turnd off the phone for sometime.

i also reset the settings. And i disconnected the iCloud, because it has also changed to the same thing.

still nothing works. As you can see in this picture

Anybody any idea what is happening. How can i return the numbers or setting.

The app vendor that you are reporting as potentially involved with this change may well be aware of this change, or of some related derails.

I’d have thought that they’d be worth a discussion, or a report of a potential bug involving the app.

If they’ve encountered this corruption before, they might have specific steps to resolve it, too.

Yeah, it may well be fruitless. But it’s also a low-cost check. Which is why I suggested that contact.

Looks like you did not read all.

i removed IMO APP from the phone, and

iCloud gives me the same setting.
