iCloud+ Custom Domain Email not workimg

I set up a custom domain email on iCloud+ and it doesn’t work! I can send emails but not receive them! I have been speaking th Crazy Domains as this is where my Domain is registered and they have helped as much as possible. I am now stuck and need Apple support!
