This is a user-to-user forum. Apple largely is not here, except to moderate it, and none of your fellow users are going to send your a new iPhone by express delivery.

One of the items from the first link:

If your iPhone is covered by AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, file a claim for an iPhone replacement.

Don't remove your iPhone from Find My or your Apple Account until your claim has been fully approved.

As the Apple Community tip points out, the thieves may very well send you "phishing" messages trying to fool you into giving them your Apple Account credentials, or removing your iPhone from your Apple Account, so the thieves can "make your phone their own" – and keep you from collecting on any Theft and Loss claim you might have had, in the bargain. Don't fall for it … and don't be a "phish."
