Turn off Focus item
The “sleep” item in Focus is still on when I’m awake. I need to turn it off and I don’t know how. The Internet instructions did not work for me.

Open the Control Center (swipe down from the top right corner) and turn off the Sleep Focus mode (it should be highlighted).
You may also want to got to Settings > Focus > Sleep to make sure your settings are correct.
