Why are text message tones not playing on my husband's iPhone?
When I text from my phone to my husband, the tone does not go off notifying him that i have text him

Does he wear an Watch? If so, text notifications will only sound on the watch, unless his phone’s screen is unlocked. Other than that, go to Settings/Notifications on his phone and check the settings for Messages.
