Apple Store,Credit Card info,Problem,installingfreeapps

The Apple Store isn’t letting me get anything and i think its because there no money on my account and I don’t know why everytime there’s no money on my account it doesn’t allow me to get free apps and I’m only trying to get free apps not buying ones that do cost money and everytime I retype my payment method, it tells me, “you already added this payment method” and this first happened back in 2024 from somewhere between January and May months and since then it wouldn’t stop I fixed my putting some money on my account and it was solved but I’m getting tired of putting money on my account nonstop, but while I tried getting a free app it said that I also needed verification, Even though retyped my payment method/credit card info onto it and it said same thing payment method has already been added onto this account. this is very aggravating because I tried calling USA mobile and asked them if they can fix the issue, 3-4 times and they still couldn’t do anything and now I’m asking what can I do. Side note, I have a subscription that I accidentally paid for, that was a yearly subscription, and when I canceled it, it said that it would expire on April 12 2025 and I didn’t think much of it until it interfered with installing free apps and whe I tried to get delete my card info and retype my card info back on, it wouldn’t let me saying that there was an active subscription and that I couldn’t delete the subscription because it needed my card info even though I canceled it! it said I had to wait until April 12 and I’m trying to make sure this never happens again.

If you read thru the threads where "some other people are having the same problem," you will see that they are being advised to contact Apple or iTunes Support for advice. No one here can help. If you do not want to get back in touch with Apple, then you will not be able to download apps. You can try the advice below:

To contact Apple iTunes Support, do this:

1. Click on this link --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

2. Select your country

3. Select: Billing & Subscriptions

4. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases

5. Select: Update payment method

6. Select a chat session or a phone call.
