IOS KEYBOARD EMOJI

Hey Apple Team,

I’ve noticed that the Australian Aboriginal flag is missing from the iOS emoji keyboard.

With such a wide range of national flags and community symbols already included—such as LGBTQ+, trans, and even pirate flags—it would mean so much to see the Aboriginal flag represented as well. This flag is a powerful symbol of culture, identity, and pride for Aboriginal Australians, and its inclusion would be a meaningful step toward true representation and inclusivity.

I hope you’ll consider adding it in a future update.

There isn't an ISO-3166 code for it, so no emoji for it can be created; the Unicode Consortium, not Apple, determines what other types of emojis are available, and they're no longer taking requests for flag emojis.

First of all, you aren't writing Apple. This is a user to user only forum. Second of all, Apple has nothing to do with the creation of Emoji. Unicode Consortium approves and creates emojis, which all cell manufacturers use on their keyboards.

You can make a flag request to Unicode Consortium, but they have recently said they are NOT taking any flag requests at this time. Use this link if you'd like --> https://unicode.org/emoji/proposals.html
