Hi,
I bought the iPhone 16 specifically for the new Siri and AI features, which were promised to arrive later in 2025. There were spots and explanations on the website (which have now been removed).
However, I’ve now realized that these features won’t be available until the iPhone 17—or possibly never.
I feel misled and would like to return the iPhone. Could you advise me on how to proceed?

These are User-to-User forums. We are just everyday users like yourself. Apple rarely reads these forums on their own time. So, you should contact Apple, asking what your options are for the return. No one here has any call in returns.
Contacting Apple Support:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the phone for a full refund.
If it has passed that time-frame, then no you won't get a refund.
I'm not going to comment on your speculations of iPhone 17 as that violates the terms of this forum
