Are you actually using an iPhone 6s? If so, have you ever had the battery replaced? I recommend you have Apple run diagnostics on the battery as it may need to be replaced.
I don't recall if it was an option on the iPhone 6s, but try going to Settings>Battery>Battery Health>Maximum Capacity. If you have that setting, what is there percentage?

It is normal for your iPhone to use more power while recording video, especially if the video is high resolution.

Thank you…I will take a look.. historically I could take several videos but if I take one, and send it, the phone dies even if it starts off 100% charged…maybe the sending is too draining also …
