How do I get a refund for an accidental app purchase on the App Store?

Hi! I accidentally purchase and subscribed an app from apple store and then by that time may account linked on it so the payment has been push through and now it was officially deducted to may credit card. I already sent a request for a refund but the apple didn’t recognize my concern. And then when i was about to request again for a refund i can’t find my purchased app for eligible to refund. Anyone could help me? It cost a 4,000 pesos and it a huge amount for me.

Hello,


You can request a refund for your accidental purchase using this guide: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.


Keep in mind that all refund requests are reviewed by Apple, and not all requests are accepted.

I already request a refund but the apple store declined it saying that the app i accidentally purchase was not eligible for refund then why? The day i accidentally purchase it i already reported in your office. But then it was declined. Then when I was about to request AGAIN for a REFUND given that the payment has been deducted in

my account I CAN’T SUBMIT A REQUEST BECAUSE THE PURCHASED PRODUCT DOESN’T APPEAR AS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND TO PROCEED. What can i do?
