How do I get a refund for an accidental app purchase on the App Store?
Hi! I accidentally purchase and subscribed an app from apple store and then by that time may account linked on it so the payment has been push through and now it was officially deducted to may credit card. I already sent a request for a refund but the apple didn’t recognize my concern. And then when i was about to request again for a refund i can’t find my purchased app for eligible to refund. Anyone could help me? It cost a 4,000 pesos and it a huge amount for me.
