Beats Solo 3 light not working

A couple of years ago I purchased my Beats Solo 3s and they were working great and still are I never dropped them spilled anything overall there was no damage done to them but for some reason the lights that indicate when the headphones are on, charging, and the battery percentage doesn’t work and Is always stuck on 100% but nothing else is wrong they connect just fine the sound is perfect I just can’t tell when they are on or off and when they need charging can someone please help me
