How can I install Apple TV app on Windows PC

With the demise of iTunes I installed the Apple TV app on my Windows PC but I cannot transfer my video files to the library in order to play them on my tv via Apple TV 4K!

I have run into an issue I have not been able to figure out and was hoping someone here has answers. After converting to the new apps on my PC, iTunes no longer allows my Apple TV (device) to see my PC so that I can stream content from my PC to my Apple TV (device). The PC no longer shows up when I open the orange Computers app on the Apple TV (device). I cannot find replacement functionality in Apple Devices (app), Apple Music (app), or Apple TV (app). Unable to share iTunes library on Windows 11 PC with Apple TV+ app installed. Windows 11 PC with iTunes 12.13.4.4 installed. Received popup that movies moved to Apple TV app. Installed Apple TV app. Sharing pane in iTunes Preferences disappeared! Movies and videos no longer available to play in iTunes! Apple TV+ app automatically pointed to iTunes library but Media file content does not appear in Movies or Home Videos. No sharing option available in Apple TV app!. maybe that itunes feature will be added by them one day

you can suggest they give it priority using their feedback channel

there are other ways you can view your windows media on the appletv box though
