My iphone 13 pro wont let me zoom in on photos maps or on the camera if i restart my phone it will let me soom for about a half hour then goes back to not being able to zoom in

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.

To zoom in on a map from the info window in Photos, you have to double tap on the map-- are you doing that? Just pinching on the map doesn't work.
Have you checked Accessibility settings? There is a Zoom section that might have some accidentally activated items.
Have you tried a forced restart?
