Repeated Order Cancellations Without Explanation – Extremely Frustrating Experience

I am beyond frustrated with Apple’s terrible order processing system. I have attempted to purchase an iPhone 16 Pro multiple times, using a valid debit card with more than enough balance to cover the transaction. Yet, every single time, my order gets canceled without any clear explanation.

I have:

✅ Ensured my billing and shipping details are correct

✅ Contacted my bank, who confirmed that the payment was NOT blocked

✅ Tried different browsers and even adjusted my address slightly

✅ Reached out to Apple Support, only to receive copy-paste generic responses

✅ Provided the necessary verification documents, only to be ignored and canceled AGAIN

And yet, despite doing everything Apple Support has advised me to do, my order still gets canceled automatically as if a bot is handling it instead of a real human. I have wasted days, if not weeks, trying to complete a simple purchase, only to be met with constant failure due to Apple's own terrible system.

What makes this worse is that Apple claims to have a "great customer experience", yet my experience has been nothing but frustration, wasted time, and stress. How is it acceptable that a paying customer is repeatedly denied the ability to purchase a product without a valid reason?

I am demanding a real explanation from Apple, not some copy-paste response about "security reasons" or "payment issues" when I have already confirmed that my payment method is fine. Why does Apple keep canceling my order, and how can this issue be permanently resolved?

If this issue is not addressed, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I expect Apple to treat its customers with basic respect and not keep canceling valid orders for no reason.

You are NOT talking to Apple. This is a user forum. Apple is not here.

I understand you're frustrated.

Is the shipping address an actual physical address? Apple will cancel orders that are shipped to know forwarding services. Are you ordering a device associated with a carrier? If so, the rejection of the order may actually have come from the carrier rather than Apple.
