When I change the scroll direction of my mouse and trackpad in system preferences, it only saves until I sleep, log out of my account, or restart my computer. When I reopen my account, the scroll directions reset back to what they were before.
Brand new Macbook. It has the latest update and did the same thing prior to the update. Still does it after I restart.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
