Can I use a Magic Keyboard with my iMac 24 inch 2023 M3 for Apple Pay support?

I use the Magic Keyboard that came with my M1 iMac for Apple Pay. As far as I know, any Magic Keyboard with Touch ID will do that.

Current models are Magic Keyboard with Touch ID for Mac models with Apple silicon (USB-C) - US English - Apple

Also, there is a "Use Touch ID for Apple Pay" option at Apple menu > System Settings > Touch ID & Password that needs to be turned on.
