Why does my iPhone drop calls and go to voicemail?

When I get calls, my phone does not ring and it goes into voicemail. Also, if I’m talking on the phone, the calls are dropped. I have Verizon anyone else having this problem and did you fix it?

Troubleshooting Receiving Calls:

  • Troubleshooting "No Service":

Is "No Service" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

  • No Success?

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Cellular and Voicemail.
