The "Workout" app is listed in the Watch app on my iphone, but does not display on my watc h. I am therefore unable to set my choice of outdoor walk or swim, as I had done previously. How can I recover the app on my watch, please?

On your watch open up the App Store App
Search for "Apple Workout"
When you find the app, install from the watch.
This must be done on the app store app on your watch not on your iPhone.

Apple Watch SE (2nd. generation) does NOT display "workout" app
