How to fix Qardio Heart Health app connection issues on iPhone?

I am receiving the same error message of my new iPhone 16 Pro. "The Qardio service cannot be reached. Please check your internet connection and try again."

Company is slowly not supporting their products. Hopefully my existing products can still use the app….

Their business is struggling and they have even filed for bankruptcy in the Netherlands. Your best option is to try and contact them for any issues.

“Your message wasn't delivered to support@qardio.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.”

Unable to even get into the App and use the BP cuff offline. I removed the APP and reinstalled and still get the same message.

Is there any other app that can obtain the data? I cannot get into the app. The BPM is now a paper weight. Can anyone guide me. Thanks

I have the same problem as everyone who is posting. I wish there were another app we could use with the Qardio equipment. The app must be able to pair with the Qario equipment. Hopefully, we will get news from Qardio regarding whether they are going to recover or not.

I have tried everything to contact someone at Qardio and concluded that they couldn't care less. I have a blood pressure device that I can no longer use because it is incompatible with other devices. I just screen. What a colossal waste of my hard-earned money. I hope Qardio can recover from bankruptcy and get the business back on track because they have made very nice, high-quality products that work great!

Yes, I second this question. If anyone knows of another app that will pair with all the Qardio devices, please post it here in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS or regular size letters YES? PLEASE?

The app/service is broken, and the company appears to be in bankruptcy.

If you are able to download a VPN on your phone and connect to somewhere in Europe, the United Kingdom or France open the Qardio App, try to sign in using your login information if that does not work create a new account. This is a workaround for now but it’ll allow you to get up and running. Good luck.
