How do I unpair an Apple Watch from a lost iPhone and old iCloud account?

What do I do if I got a new phone so my Apple Watch is paired to my old phone, and I don’t have my old phone to unpair it and I don’t have that iCloud account anymore??? I need help!!!

If you have proof of ownership / purchase, you can contact the official Apple Support and asks them to disabled the Activation Lock. Have a look at the related article:
