My iPhone 15 touchscreen is not responding

If I were you, I wouldn’t take any chances and would return the iPhone immediately for an exchange. If you purchased it from Apple, in most places you have 14 days from the purchase date to do a return. If you purchased it elsewhere, ask them what their return policy is.

If you no longer can return your iPhone, please come back here and we will be more than willing to help you further. You are also still covered by the one-year manufacturers warranty, which covers manufacturing defects, in the case that this is one.
