Unable to download apps from the App Store
whenever i try to download the app, it requires me to enter my password and then it tells me "this apple accout has not yet been used in Itune Store

Usually this means that you need to add payment and address information to your Apple Account.

You can also check if you need to update any account information in the settings app on your iPhone:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Select your name at the top of the list
- Tap “Media & Purchases”
- From there, add any required information.
One final possible solution I found from some other users is accepting terms and conditions on music.apple.com. This can work if you can’t accept Apple Account terms and conditions elsewhere.
