Apple Watch 10: Getting cellular added later
I have just purchased an Apple Watch 10 series with GPS only.
If I decide to add cellular onto it later, can I have this done or do I need the watch with GOS/Cellular?

It is not possible to use cellular on a GPS Apple Watch since the cellular hardware is not present. You will need a GPS + Cellular Apple Watch to use cellular.
