How do I set iPhone Camera app settings for better looking photos?

I have an iPhone 16 pro max and I see extra added images that aren’t REALLY there added to about 98% of the videos & photos that I take. Could someone please tell me which camera app settings would prevent this from happening? The first picture is a screenshot of a part of a video (that was not zoomed in except for about 3x or about 5x) that I just shot and the second video is enlarge screenshot shot of the first picture. Thanks so very much!

This screenshot of a part of the video that I just shot was set 4k 60 fps and at only 5x and there is no enlargement of this screenshot whatsoever. Please help me. I have erased all content and reset all settings a gazillian times and I even made about 3 different Apple accounts (or IDs) during the setup process of the iPhone 16 pro max. Any positive advice and comments is much appreciated. But, actually I also see images like they were taken from an adult magazine. They are very vivid and they disappear as I look at them. I believe that I have a virus snd or spyware and or malware that was put on my phone when my roommate borrowed my phone. Because I heard someone on the phone’s spyware telling him how to do something. Like she said “he won’t be able to get it off the phone”. When he gave me back my phone a still voice or my silent thoughts told me that he did something to my phone. He doesn’t like me. And when I was about to go to the iPhone repair shop he was like “where you going Bob! Why you going there! I don’t see anything there’s nothing there!” He’s a boldface liar as those images were very clear as seen in my phone and not sent to a pc or Mac for viewing. He’s a bully! Why would he care or be concerned about where I’m going or doing. For it’s none of his business! H just didn’t want to be found out for installing those infections onto my phone!

I can tell you I'm not going to make a stab at this. You let someone you don't like or trust borrow your phone? What would possess you to do that?

You should go to the Genius Bar at your Apple Store and let them test your phone. We aren't Apple here. This is a user to user only forum. We have no clue what your untrusted and unliked roommate may or may not have done with your phone. Letting someone, especially someone you don't trust or like use your phone is simply not wise.

Normally you don't need any of those, iPhones are very secure and under normal circumstances, iPhones can't get viruses/spyware/malware.

However since you let your roommate have a go at it, all bets are off. Take lobsterghost1's advice and have Apple look at it to see if it's been jailbroken, etc.
