How do I set iPhone Camera app settings for better looking photos?

I have an iPhone 16 pro max and I see extra added images that aren’t REALLY there added to about 98% of the videos & photos that I take. Could someone please tell me which camera app settings would prevent this from happening? The first picture is a screenshot of a part of a video (that was not zoomed in except for about 3x or about 5x) that I just shot and the second video is enlarge screenshot shot of the first picture.
